Our weatherization techs have performed these services on homes of all types. Upon arrival, after the crew Team Leader introduces him or herself, they will perform a brief 5-minute visual assessment of the house, attic, ductwork condition, and accessibility. They will inform the homeowner of any challenges or pre-existing conditions before work. A formal proposal will be provided if the required improvements are excessive and outside the scope of work that the participating utility company incentivizes. There is no charge for the visit. But, we make every attempt to go above and beyond if a noticeable improvement can be made with the materials and time available.
