HVAC Installation Warranty
At Diversified Energy, we stand behind the quality of our work and the products we install. That’s why we offer the following service warranty for all of our customers in New Orleans, Louisiana:
Installation Warranty: All equipment installed by us is warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of installation. During this period, we will repair or replace any defects in materials or workmanship at no cost to the customer.
Labor Warranty: All labor performed by us is warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of service. During this period, we will repair or re-perform any labor that is found to be defective at no cost to the customer.
Maintenance Warranty: All maintenance services performed by us are warranted for 30 days from the date of service. If any issues arise within this period, we will return and correct them at no cost to the customer.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, or acts of God, such as floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. Additionally, this warranty does not cover the cost of repairs or replacements required due to normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims: To make a claim under this warranty, please contact us within the specified warranty period and provide proof of purchase. We will schedule a service call to diagnose and repair the issue.
